Meet England rugby star Manu Tuilagis 21-stone brother ahead of Argentina clash

England rugby star Manu Tuilagi may be terrifying Rugby World Cup defences - but he is not the biggest in his family.

The centre, who will start against Argentina today, score two tries in the Roses’ opening game against Tonga.

It was the 28-year-old’s 35th appearance for his country after returning in 2016.

Despite playing for England, Tuilagi originally hails from Samoa, qualifying for the 2003 Rugby World Cup winners through residency.

But he was not alone, travelling with five brothers and joining the Leicester Tigers academy in 2004.

Manu stands at 6ft 1in with a weight of 114kg (17 st 13 lb) – but he is not the biggest in the family.

That honour belongs to second-oldest brother Henry.

The No.8, who is the same height as the England star, weights in at 134 kg or 21st 1lb.

Now retired at 43, the forward spent four seasons with Tigers and made 24 first-team appearances.

And he made a big impact on his debut, scoring against London Irish in 2003.

But a broken leg in the last home game of the 2003/04 cut his time at Welford Road short.

A move to French side USA Perpignan came three years later.

And he enjoyed a lot of success with the Top 14 side, making 138 appearances.

Footage from his debut season shows the colossal strength of the Tuilagi brother.

In the clip, Perignan are on the attack.

And Henry receives the ball on the left wing, running straight at the sole defender.

But the No.8 bundles through him, getting the ball over the line.

After 13 years of club rugby and 10 appearances for Samoa, the 43-year-old retired in 2015.

And an image emerged on Thursday showing the 21-stone man next to his top-scoring brother.

Rugby fans were left stunned, one saying: “What a beast.”

Another commented: “That’s like trying to tackle a fridge.”

“How scary is this photo,” a third added.

The youngest Tuilagi brother, Manu, came onto the scene in 2010 at Leicester Tigers, where he has 195 points in 123 appearances.

He was selected to represent England at the World Cup in New Zealand the following summer.

But disciplinary issues, including being arrested for jumping into Auckland harbour, started a five-year decline of injuries and disciplinary issues.

Tuilagi made his comeback, though, three years ago. for both club and country.
